Dr Ash Fraser
PRINCIPAL OSTEOPATH
Ash graduated Southern Cross University as an osteopath and opened Move Easy Health Studio in 2023. She is passionate about helping people to improve their quality of life through osteopathic treatment and lifestyle changes. Ash is also part-way through her functional medicine certificate and has begun incorporating this into her treatments for a more holistic experience. Ash also holds post-graduate certificates in paediatrics, pregnancy, pelvic pain, dry needling and cupping.

Dr Eloise Carvalho
OSTEOPATH
Eloise enjoys treating a range of presentations and conditions, working with people from all walks of life who need support. She has a special interest in gynaecological health (endometriosis, constipation & urinary incontinence/urgency), pregnancy, postpartum and paediatrics (0-12 months). She uses a range of tools and techniques depending on your needs, including musculoskeletal, fascial and visceral modalities. Eloise also holds post graduate certificates in dry needling & cupping, pregnancy, pelvic floor, paediatrics and osteopathic management of endometriosis.

Dr Michelle Moloney
OSTEOPATH
Michelle completed her osteopathic training at Southern Cross University and has since enjoyed treating a wide range of conditions in teenagers, adults and the elderly. She takes a holistic approach to find the root cause of your complaint. She also likes to integrate mindfulness and breathing techniques, corrective exercises and ergonomic adaptations to help restore and maintain a healthy body. Michelle also holds post-graduate certificates in dry needling and cupping.

Brodie Mitchell
ACUPUNCTURIST & DR OF CHINESE MEDICINE
Brodie is passionate about helping women with regulating their menstrual cycle, fertility, pregnancy and post birth care. As a mother and a woman who had fertility difficulties, she can relate to women and really understand what we go through as women and mothers. As a natural medicine practitioner, she believes prevention is the best medicine so also treats adolescent girls going through puberty to support the changes and regulate the cycle during this time.
She is also passionate about supporting women throughout pregnancy and post birth care. It is important to support and prepare the body during pregnancy for birth and also recovery.

Jacinta takes a holistic approach when it comes to her treatments. Specialising in Sports Massage, she thoroughly enjoys working with athletes, avid gym goers, bodybuilders, and more. Jacinta aims to help her clients compete at their best and pain free.
Jacinta also specialises in pregnancy massage. Seeing clients through their pregnancy is special. Helping women through such big body changes, using breath work, and passive movement with deep relaxation techniques, she aids in decreasing aches and inflammation.

Known for his calm, empathic energy, and strong intuitive skills, Tom uses these strengths to understand each client’s situation and adapts his techniques to give them an optimal treatment experience. Tom’s practice includes modalities such as myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger point therapy, cupping, dry needling, and Swedish massage.
