Osteopathy
Hands-on care to improve movement, comfort and function.
Osteopathy focuses on how your body moves and adapts under load. Treatment is tailored to your symptoms, lifestyle and goals – whether you’re dealing with pain, stiffness or reduced mobility.
Is Osteopathy Right for Me?
Osteopathy may be suitable if you’re experiencing:
· Back, neck or joint pain
Shoulder, hip and knee pain
· Muscle tension or stiffness
Sports injuries
· Headaches and jaw (TMJ) tension
· Postural or movement-related discomfort
· Ongoing or recurring pain
Treatment uses hands-on techniques to support mobility, reduce strain and help your body function more comfortably.
Treatment Techniques We Use
Osteopathy treatment is not one-size-fits all. Techniques may include:
Soft tissue and myofascial release
Joint mobilisation and articulation
Adjustments
Dry needling (optional) to help relieve muscle tension and pain
Cupping therapy (optional) to improve circulation and tissue mobility
All treatment techniques are optional. Dry needling, cupping adjustments, in particular, are always discussed beforehand and only included if appropriate and if you’re comfortable.
