  • Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of $60 or failure to attend an appointment without prior notice may result in payment of the full appointment fee.

  • Payment is required at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept EFTPOS, credit card, cash.

  • Private health rebates, if applicable, are the responsibility of the client.
