Bookings & Appointments

  • No referral is required. You can book directly through us.

  • If you’re unsure, start with an Initial Osteopathy Consultation. Your practitioner can assess your needs and guide treatment during your appointment.

  • Appointments are booked online through our booking system. Online booking is available 24/7. Bookings can also be made over the phone, 0756333887. Please leave a voicemail if the phone is not answered.

  • Appointment lengths vary depending on the service and will be shown at the time of booking.

  • Yes. Online booking is available for all services, including pregnancy, post-natal care, babies and children. Please here for more babies and children and pregnancy related FAQs.

During Your Appointment

  • Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move easily. For some treatment, you may be asked to adjust or remove clothing as needed, this will always be explained beforehand and is optional.

  • Treatment is adapted to your comfort. We use gentle techniques where appropriate and communicate with you throughout your session.

  • No special preparation is required. If there’s anything specific you need to know, it will be noted in your booking confirmation.

Payments & Rebates

  • Yes. Private health rebates may be available depending on your fund and level of cover.

  • Yes. Please contact us directly if you have any specific questions about Medicare or referral-based plans.

  • Payment is required on the day of your appointments. Payment methods include cash and eftpos.

Cancellations & Changes

  • We require at least 24 hours notice to change any appointment times or a $60 fee will be charged. Any patients who do not attend their appointment and do not let us know will be charged the full fee. This is outlined at the time of booking, please review it carefully when scheduling your appointment.

  • Yes, changes can be made by calling the clinic.
